If you're as holy as the pope fame is irrelevent. If you're anyone else, perhaps it's better to have it early so you have time to realize there's more to life.
I was going to go with late in life, so that you don't have any rabid nostalgia or fear getting older, becoming too dependant on your youth...but I see where y'all are coming from also.
Salisbury, I was just, just thinking about that earlier today: about a quiet life full of love. I think those are the happiest and most fulfilled people really.
Posthumous fame really is best!
